What We Offer

The JT Omotowa Foundation seeks to support deserving socially and economically disadvantaged students to reach academic milestones, for their personal and community development.

We offer scholarships to indigent but deserving students from the point of gaining admission to tertiary education in Federal or State Universities.

1.     Scholarships are to cover academic fees only
2.     Scholarships are for full duration of University education
3.     Contingent on student maintaining a GPA of at least Second Class Upper from second year.
4.     Payments are made annually directly to the institution on behalf of successful candidates.

We understand that ideas rule the world, but sometimes these ideas need financial backing.

That is where we come in. Our grants give you that push you need to better yourself and the society.

If you have innovative or creative ideas that will benefit society, we want to support you.

We would like to review the following information on your innovative and creative ideas.

Business Plan

1. Market Commercialisation Plan
2. Amount of Financial Requirement
3. What the Financial Requirement are to cover
4. Customized Support areas
5. Information on any other financial supports already received.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Innovation/Creativity positively impacting society, especially local communities.
2. Positive economics – profitable and break-even in reasonable period.
3. Total cost of project is within the SME definition
4. Evidence of successful “pilot”, reference for verification or third-party recommendation.
