To identify and offer Scholarships to bright students from socially and/or economically disadvantaged, particularly from Okoro-Gbedde, Kogi State and across Nigeria, but also open to other compelling cases;
To promote learning and research in diverse academic disciplines through the award of scholarships, grants, and endowment of professorial chairs;
To identify and enable talents (entrepreneurial, digital, etc.) whose innovation and creativity will enhance structure and stability of communities and generally advance society;
To conduct relevant research for the general public and relevant authorities pertaining to the challenges of society;
To advance public awareness and discussion of relevant issues to promote and enhance the participation of civil organisations in the formulation of public policy.
